Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Supervisors to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

Pay
$17.00 - $18.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
Manage labor and profit loss
Ensure proper money handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
