The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at American Family Field on event days providing memorable experience for our guests.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55300 - $74600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Hire and train food and beverage team members in the suites department
Develop team members and provide ongoing job performance feedback
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operation on event days
Partner with front and back of house management to ensure event day operations are effective and a success for guests and team members
Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines
Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
Work with the client on special requests and high-profile suites
Will be part of the manager event closing shift rotation
Will help out the premium/catering/restaurant team on non event days for large events
Qualifications
Minimum of three years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
Strong managerial and leading ability
Experience managing a large team, required
Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required
Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Union experience preferred
Micros, Birchstreet, Workday, SHIFT system experience preferred
