Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Senior Club Supervisor to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Senior Club Supervisor you will lead a team of attendants, ensuring our luxury clubs are clean, stocked, and ready for game day. Pay
$19.00 - $22.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance
Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality and safety standards
Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary
Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies
Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise
Coordinate and supervise team members and volunteer group members
Lead team members in all aspects of setup on non-game days, including stocking, cleaning, ordering product and conducting inventory as items are delivered
Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in front-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high volume environment is required
Previous experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system required
Excellent guest service skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high pressure environment
Good communication and training skills; ability to teach others as well as delegate tasks
Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
No college degree required
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up of clubs area
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as needed
