Delaware North Winter Sports Attendant, Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin
The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Winter Sports Attendants to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Winter Sports Attendant, you will be responsible for handling ice skate and tube rentals and issuing passes to the hill and rink.
$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Greets guests approaching the admissions counter
Issues rental items upon payment
Acquaints guests with items for sale and uses suggestive selling techniques
Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale (POS) system and informs guests of the amounts owed
Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages
Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
Aids in the safety and efficiency of the winter sports areas by enforcing safety rules and regulations
Ensure liability compliance through enforcing guests’ completion of the required waivers upon entrance to the winter sports areas
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years old
Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards
Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory
Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
Ability to work effectively with others
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
Ability to remain stationary for entire length of shift
Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 lbs.
May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
May be required to medium level physical activity, including but not limited to ice skating
