Responsibilities

• Expedite food orders and watch ticket times to ensure timely service to our guests

• Supervise food prep work while maintaining company food quality, presentation and sanitation standards

• Verify that all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures are maintained by kitchen associates

• Supervise the Kitchen Runners to ensure effective service

• Aid with ensuring all kitchen equipment is in full working order, and report any maintenance issues to department manager

• Coordinate with the department chef about any game-day needs

• Always maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and coolers

• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines

• Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old

• At least 1 year experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook or Kitchen Supervisor preferred

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards

• Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

• Attentive and detailed oriented

• Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions

• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

• Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity

Physical Requirements

• Able to push and maneuver up to 50 lbs.

• Able to work long periods of time which involve standing, bending, stretching, reaching and pushing a heavy cart as the work duties demand

• Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
