The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Gameday Compliance Auditor to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Gameday Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison for the Human Resources department regarding alcohol service and utilizing expertise on policies to ensure that all team members are serving alcohol responsibly. Responsibilities

• Assist with training and communicating alcohol service policies to associates and volunteers

• Monitor staff to ensure that all alcohol service policies are being followed; address and report any deviations to management

• Discuss alcohol service policies with staff to correct violations

• Assist staff with completing alcohol incident reports when necessary

• Assist with checking in volunteer staff prior to gates opening on game days

• Manage our Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards validations

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous experience with alcohol sales and service preferred

• Ability to be assertive and provide corrective coaching to others

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to use creativity to engage associates in policies, the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards, and applicable Operational Standards

• Expected to work all Packers home games (including Family Night, pre-season, and playoff games) and special events

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand

• Ability to work extended days and hours, including evenings and weekends, based on schedule needs

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season

• May be exposed to crowded areas and varying noise levels
