The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for full-time and part-time Bartenders to join our team at Lambeau Field and Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience. There are bartending positions available in multiple departments including concessions, club level, Johnsonville Tailgate Village and Titletown.

Pay
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
$6.50 - $6.50 / hour

Responsibilities
Receives drink orders from patrons or servers
Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; including wine, bottled beer and draft beer
Enters drink orders into point-of-sale (POS) system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served
Completes required reports accurately
Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
One to two years previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred.
Excellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards.
Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training.
Basic math skills, with ability to accurately enter customer orders in POS system.
Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.
Verbal communication skills: listening skills with ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times.
