The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Catering Coordinator to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Catering Coordinator, you will work with fellow team members and clients to plan and execute events at Titletown. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of catering events
Create and maintain contact with client representatives from the catering event
Establish event objectives with the client and develop a plan to achieve these goals
Partner with the catering team members to ensure a smooth and successful event
Maximize guest satisfaction throughout all phases of the event
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in catering event planning highly preferred
Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training
Ability to direct the work activities of several employees simultaneously and plan ahead
Ability to obtain an alcohol operator’s license from the City of Green Bay within 60 days of hire date
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel, and common office equipment
