Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time seasonal Kitchen Support Supervisor to join our team at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Pay

$25.35 - $25.35 / hour

Responsibilities

• Ability to take initiative, lead and direct all dishwasher personnel with clear communication

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order

• Perform opening, closing and side work duties

• Capacity to work with others

• Proper recording of temperature logs

• Effectively communicate with all chefs to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• No college degree required

• At least two years of supervisory experience

• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs., placing items above and below head height.

• Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift, occasionally pushing, and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
