The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

Responsibilities
Provide exemplary service to premium club guests following the DNC Universal Service Standards.
Greet guests and provide directions and information as requested.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the assigned area.
Assist all staff as needed. (Set-up, servicing, and cleaning, including bussing of tables, refilling utensils and condiments, and trash removal).
Effectively communicates verbally and written with staff and guests.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.
Exposure to variable temperatures.
May be required to work in narrow spaces.
