Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Assist with the internal steps from identification of opportunities through Investment Committee approval and closing
Complete financial analysis and assessment including pro forma modeling, due diligence, deal management and support, project management, investment committee presentation, coordination of 3rd party resources, and business unit integration
Aidwith the on-going strategic planning efforts including identification and tracking of opportunities, coordinating business unit level planning, and providing support to business level financial analysis and planning
Work to enhance and refine the investment committee process, update financial underwriting criteria and approach, achieve modeling standardization, document investment strategies by subsidiary and update leverage, funding, and assumptions
Prepare analysis of acquisition opportunities and recommend metrics for program and policy reviews and audits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
3+ years of experience with financial analysis, modeling, and other corporate development related work
Ability to indirectly manage resources around the organization
Project management proficiency as a team member
Proficient with financial modeling and Microsoft Office software
