Delaware North HR Digital Strategy and Insights Analyst, Hybrid in Buffalo, New York

The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a Digital Strategy and Insights Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. This role is hybrid and based from our Buffalo, NY headquarters. It will be required to be in the office Monday - Wednesday.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $57900 - $78100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

  • Resolve reporting cases, design change requests, and system upgrades to enable continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with data privacy and compliance regulations

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to solve root cause issues, optimize statistical efficiency, and maintain data hygiene and quality control

  • Partner with compliance on annual state and federal reporting, participate in system upgrades and problem resolution, and provide a strong understanding of system interfaces

  • Develop and execute analytical storytelling, create high-caliber data visualizations, and build reports and dashboards to communicate analytics and insights effectively to HR and business leaders

  • Identify strategic people analytic needs, formulate relevant research, metrics, and KPIs, and assist with implementing technology and processes aligned with HR strategy to support critical business decisions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role, using business intelligence tools or significant HCM experience

  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems and business intelligence tools; Workday and Tableau strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required

  • Ability to write SQL is preferred

  • Excellent analytical abilities, advanced problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of system interfaces

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Knowledgeof the hospitality or foodservice industry preferred

  • Ability to work in office Monday - Wednesday
