Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104100 - $140500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Spearhead initiatives for space planning, vendor management, work order coordination, and daily support services, ensuring efficient operations and proper staffing while leveraging resources for scalability
Oversee the creation and management of annual operating and capital budgets for Global Headquarters, including accountability for construction projects and facilities across Gaming, Parks, and Patina properties
Establish and enforce office policies, maintain building standards through a comprehensive manual, and ensure the facility's upkeep to maintain a first-class standard, including compliance enforcement
Direct the Building Services team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the company's headquarters, including the development and delivery of standard operating procedures and quality assurance methods
Cultivate positive tenant and landlord relationships, overseeing the development and maintenance of these relations while ensuring a conducive operating environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree a plus
Minimum of 7 years of POM supervision and facilities management experience
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information across functions
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building systems operations, plant management, and IT systems
